KOSHER
The translations for “kosher” in Hebrew are “fit,” “proper,” or “correct.” These days, the term is most frequently used to describe foods and drinks that adhere to the dietary regulations of Jewish religious institutions.
Suppose a product is to be kosher certified and qualify for a kosher certificate. In that case, every ingredient, food additive, and processing aid used in its creation must likewise be kosher. A kosher auditor must also approve the production process to be certified kosher, as it must meet all kosher requirements. A product may change to become non-kosher if its manufacturing processes and tools are also used to make non-kosher products. Contact Lunis associates for the best guidance.
