Process

- Firstly, access the FoSCoS Portal. FBOs can apply for FoSCoS FSSAI registration through the FoSCoS portal, either online or offline.

- The department might conduct an inspection of the food premises if necessary.
- If the FBO meets all criteria, the Department grants an FSSAI certificate. This certificate includes a registration number and the applicant’s photo. It is also emailed to the applicant and can be downloaded from the FoSCoS portal.
- The FBO must display the FSSAI registration certificate at the place of business during operating hours.
