Refund Policy

Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you our services on our service portal www.lunisassociates.com (hereinafter referred to as “Lunis Associates”). We recommend to read our Terms & Conditions and Refund policy so that we can serve you our services transparently. Dissatisfied with Our Services If you are not satisfied with our services, you may raise a complaint to our top management. Our Management is reviewed every complaint personal and will reply you with in 72 hours. Refund in case of non preformation Although we are committed to serve our satisfactory services to every client as per the specifications and terms mentioned against each service, however if due to any reason, we unable to preform any service, then you shall entitle to get refund from us and we shall initiate refund process subject to the following conditions:

1. If services preformed as per government guideline or standards defined respective authorities.

2. If services/certification/registration is rejected or cancelled or pending on part of government or respective authorities.

3. Lunis Associates unable to preform any services due to non availability of information/documents or providing wrong/misleading information/documents.

4. If certification/registration/services could not preform due to defect in client product or service.

5. Service could not preform due to change of mind of client. The refund request has to be filled by client within 30 days from the purchase of that service. The same shall be processed after approving that request by Lunis Associates. If every thing is in order, then refund process will be imitated and refund amount will be credited into client account within 15 working days. Any amount pay to the government or respective authority is not refundable and we will not consider that amount in refund request.
